Your data rights under GDPR
As a user in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by Gill's Studio:
Right to access
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you by emailing gillsdigitalstudio@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Right to correction
You can update your email, reference photo, and all profile attributes at any time directly from your account settings.
Right to deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This includes your reference photo, all generated images, and all profile information. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Right to portability
You can download all your generated images at any time directly from your gallery. No request needed.
Right to object
You can object to how we process your personal data by contacting us at gillsdigitalstudio@gmail.com.
Special note on your reference photo
Your reference photo is used exclusively to generate images as instructed by you. It is never used to train AI models, never shared publicly, never used for advertising, and never used for any purpose other than fulfilling your generation requests within this platform. It is permanently and irreversibly deleted when your account is deleted.
