1. Service description
Glamour Studio is an AI-powered photo generation platform operated by Gill's Studio, Slovakia, European Union. It allows registered users to generate styled images based on a reference photo they upload. The service is intended exclusively for adult professional content creators including but not limited to companions, escorts, and online content creators.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By registering, you confirm that you are an adult and that you are using this service for professional purposes.
3. Your content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the reference photo you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm that:
- You are the person in the photo
- You own all rights to the photo
- You consent to your likeness being used for AI image generation within this platform
- The photo does not contain any third parties without their explicit consent
All generated images are your property. You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, or distribute them. Gill's Studio accepts no responsibility for the use of generated images outside of this platform.
4. Prohibited content
The following is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:
- Uploading photos of minors or generating images that could be interpreted as depicting minors
- Generating explicitly sexual or pornographic content
- Uploading photos of other people without their explicit consent
- Using the service for any illegal purpose under Slovak or EU law
Glamour Studio operates a zero-tolerance policy on explicit nudity. The AI model used does not generate explicit content. Any attempt to circumvent this through prompts will result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Credits and payments
Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire. If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, credits are refunded automatically. No refunds are issued for generated images the user is dissatisfied with — the result of AI generation depends entirely on user inputs and is the user's responsibility.
6. Account deletion
Users may delete their account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all personal data including the reference photo, generated images, and profile information is permanently deleted. Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion and are non-refundable.
7. Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time without prior notice.
8. Limitation of liability
Gill's Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of generated images. We are not responsible for how generated images are used outside of this platform. The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union regulations.
