2. What data we collect

• Email address — for account creation and login
• Reference photo — uploaded by you, used exclusively for AI image generation
• Physical attributes — height, body type, hair, skin tone — entered voluntarily by you, used exclusively to build generation prompts
• Generated images — stored in your personal gallery
• Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store card details or payment information.
• Basic usage logs — for technical maintenance only

3. Why we collect it

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service. Your reference photo and physical attributes are used solely to generate images as requested by you. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or any purpose other than operating this service.

4. Your reference photo

Your reference photo is sensitive personal data. It is stored securely, used only for generation as instructed by you, and permanently deleted when you delete your account. It is never shared with third parties except as technically required by the fal.ai API to process your generation request. fal.ai processes images transiently and does not store them after generation is complete.

5. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data including your reference photo, generated images, and profile attributes are permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Third parties

• fal.ai — AI image generation API. Your reference photo is sent to their servers solely to process generation requests.
• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Lovable — hosting and database infrastructure.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising or tracking tools.

7. Your rights under GDPR

As a user in the European Union you have the right to:

• Access all personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data (available directly in Settings)
• Export your generated images (available directly from your gallery)
• Object to data processing
